Pumpkin Spiced Thanks

Today I'm thankful for time to myself. Time to bake new recipes, time to read good books, time to spend with friends and family. I'm thankful for that leisure and time to recharge. And pumpkin cake with cream cheese filling, particularly that!

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Bundt Cake (originally bread recipe)

(Here's the recipe by the way! Thanks, Kristen Morin. I added some crystallized ginger, used a bundt pan for fancy cake purposes and dusted with confectioner's sugar.)
