I like both of those, and beefy Canadian men.Kassiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15666684690537983937noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31132645.post-12937786807884051612009-11-15T00:14:01.704-06:002009-11-15T00:14:01.704-06:00I feel the same way about sports with the exceptio...I feel the same way about sports with the exception of attending hockey games. Plus about 12 of us went to the game so that made it a blast even without a football game thrown in.Kassiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15666684690537983937noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31132645.post-76986340118175361722009-11-06T08:23:10.593-06:002009-11-06T08:23:10.593-06:00Sounds like you guys had fun!! I have been to two chiefs games and we had box seats both times. THAT is the way to watch football!! Matt's dad got tickets through his work before he retired. It was a blast!Katrinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01086323630477364844noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31132645.post-59396108200162956422009-11-05T20:58:49.439-06:002009-11-05T20:58:49.439-06:00I am disturbed and amused that you just quoted Han...I am disturbed and amused that you just quoted Hannah Montana! And I love the book idea but I think I'd feel too conspicuous.Kassiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15666684690537983937noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31132645.post-71429480869284012932009-11-05T20:35:01.738-06:002009-11-05T20:35:01.738-06:00I've never been to a pro football game either....I've never been to a pro football game either. And I made it through three football seasons a UNL without ever going to a single football game, which to some is just plain sacrilege! After Troy and I were married he took me to a few Nebraska football away games, including the Holiday Bowl here in San Diego in 1998 or '99, I don't remember which. And from those experiences I can say I totally agree with you that BEING at the game is completely different from watching it on TV. And it wasn't till my first time at a game that I really got football, even though Troy had been patiently giving me condescension-free lessons on it (he and Joe are both awesome that way!) for years.

Next time I go to a football game I'm taking a book WITH me. :-) To quote Hannah Montana, it'll be the best of both worlds.bethany actuallyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02312893629556812242noreply@blogger.com
